To process your return or exchange please email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for exchange or return. Exchanges & returns will only be accepted within 15 days of purchase and must include the following:
Item(s) must be returned in the original package and must be in the same conditions in which they were received, including all parts, accessories and labels attached to it without alterations and any sign of use. Bikini bottoms & one piece swimsuits must have original hygienic liner attached to be eligible for return or exchange.
We have a 15-day return policy. All returns must be sent back within 15 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 15-day grace period: (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) washed; (5) or damaged in any way. All tags must be fully attached at the time of return.
We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.
SANLIER will provide a return label & tracking number, however, returns are subject to a return label fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Sale items are final sale and only eligible for store credit. No refunds, no exceptions.
SANLIER is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. SANLIER does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled prior to being scanned at the courier facility. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at SANLIER’s sole discretion.
International orders (including Australia) and orders from the U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam) are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
