Return and Exchanges

We accept exchanges or returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To arrange a return, please contact hello@maisonsanlier.com. You will receive a return label via email.

The cost of your original shipping will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and return processing.

Exchanged or returned items must be in new condition and include original hang tag and sanitary liner. If removed, we are unable to process your return or refund.

Once we receive and approve your returned item, a full refund will appear on the original payment within 5-10 business days.  

Can I track my return? 

Yes! Customers may use the tracking number on the provided shipping label to track their package’s return. If you used a different shipping label, please use the tracking number provided on that label to track your package.

What items are returnable? 

You may return an item within 14 days if it meets all of the following criteria:

• In new condition
• With original tags attached
• Includes sanitary liner

Can I return final sale items?

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for an exchange or return.

How soon will I get my refund?

You can expect a full refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days of delivery to our warehouse. 

Please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.
